Charming 1909 St Johns Bungalow

We would stay here again because it was a great deal and had all the basics. Positive: Easy communication, easy to find, and responsive hosts when we needed a drain plug so our daughter could take a bath in the claw foot. Negative: Wish they had left coffee/tea. There were some basic necessities stocked, but there was one sole tea bag and one sole cup of coffee provided. Wish it were an all or none thing for the perk because it seemed offensive to only leave one. But kind of funny too.

The home was warm and inviting. We were very comfortable. It was close to great dining and local color.

The house had a terrible sour smell. We would have tried to move but we are seniors were exhausted after unloading and kept hoping the smell would get better. it didn't The oven didn't work the front lock would not lock up. There is only one small mirro in the place on the medicine cabinet. We chose this property because they said no pets. We hoped to sit out on the porch and have coffee. However the neighborhood cats took over the front porch, we are allergic. Should screen porch in. Very dissappointed
