Spacious Craftsman in the Heart of St. Johns

Great location! Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. We have family in the area so didn't spend a ton of time at the house but when we were there it was very comfortable. I would recommend. Also, although we didn't need it, the house is well set up for small children.

This property has a private garden w many plants and shrubs that were in bloom while we were there. The house is a well-maintained Craftsman home with stained glass windows, wood floors, and a beautiful staircase. What we enjoyed most was that it felt like a true home, not a rental. Check in was very easy. Finally, I appreciated the friendly tone of instructions for checking in and checking out-it added to the overall sense of welcome in this beautiful home.

Owner cancelled less than 24 hours from stay and offered us a smaller house. Refund came back short and I had to call Vrbo to make it right. Not terribly pleased and there wasn't a ton of remorse.

Great for a long stay with family -suitable for kids, but problematic during hot summer months Positive: Really beautiful house, with a lot of rooms, the kitchen was well equipped and there were a lot of games and art supplies fort he kids. The front porch is lovely to sit on and the property itself was very spacious. Location was in a very nice neighborhood with a lot of cafes and restaurants and accessible to major highways and main roads. Negative: The air conditioning on the bottom floor is not functionable. It was very uncomfortable to be in the house during the day. Upstairs there are individual units in each bedroom which make a lot noise. The yard was overgrown and wasn't really usable. This is an old house, which may not to be to everyone's taste.
